Sept 13th we were asked to be the Only Boot Camp to perform LIVE on stage for NBC4 Health and Lifestyle Expo. We had a blast! Thanks to all the campers who were involved. Below is a quick video that I made over the weekend. Hope you enjoy. Its lengthy.
